The top of the house is given over entirely to standing still: a pool fed by a cascading waterfall, a walking garden of stone and bonsai, and a cinema screen under the open sky. Below ground, a gym that never closes.

Rooms for occasions
The Diên Niên room takes a boardroom of twenty or a banquet considerably larger. Private dinners can be laid in Vạn Lịch, and Azura can be taken in full for an evening.
